SPRING 2010
The Spring 2010 Collection is a retrospective of the best and favorite colorways and patterns of the last 15 years of design. In it, Patricia showcases the playful patterns and rich colors for which she is known. Patricia actually begins designing the collection in the spring of the previous year by going to her beach studio for an intense week of color experimentation, pulling a color concept from her imagination, then finding just the right combination of dyes to reflect the mood or imagery she desires. Painting one or two colorways a day, she returns the next morning to see the dry fabric, hoping that the pattern and color work as she imagined. Over the next several weeks, Patricia will fine tune the colors and patterns, trying them on new fabrics and finally cutting the fabric into garments. This season enjoy the best of the best in classic and updated styles.
